Setting up internet proxy

If you need to access the internet via a proxy as is the case in several universities we must follow the following steps 

  1. In the directory /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/  create the file10proxy

cd /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/

sudo nano 10proxy
